Barcelona are set to reignite their interest in Chelsea winger Willian as he enters the final 12 months of his deal at Stamford Bridge.
The Catalans failed with a £55million bid for the Brazilian last summer and had another bid rejected in January, when they offered Malcom in exchange.
Chelseas policy of not offering more than one year to players over the age of 30 has angered the likes of Willian and David Luiz but the clubs considering relaxing that rule as they have been handed a two-window transfer ban by FIFA.
The La Liga giants believe they can snatch him for a cut-price given his contract situation and Chelsea are only likely to receive around half of the £55m they rejected last summer.
Chelsea therefore could be faced with the dilemma of accepting the bid or allowing Willian to run down his contract in west London before leaving on a free.
