President Donald Trump criticized California Rep. Maxine Waters for having a “low IQ,” while campaigning for Republican congressional candidate Rick Saccone Saturday.
“And Maxine Waters, a very low IQ individual. Did you ever see her?” Trump said, before launching into an imitation of the Democratic representative.

“We will impeach him. We will impeach the president. But he hasn’t done anything wrong,” he said. “It doesn’t matter, we will impeach him. She’s a low IQ individual. She can’t help it. She really is. We will impeach him. But we have Maxine Waters and plenty of others.”

Waters has been a long time opponent of the president, calling for his impeachment repeatedly. Trump has also insulted Waters’ intelligence before and suggested she take an IQ test, while speaking at the Gridiron Club Dinner last Saturday.
